cb3dece478 Version 4.12.2. 
- Fix choosing custom reactions in channels.

Also fix a crash on start with old hardware by rebuilding using
the 17.7.7 VS Build Tools, because 17.8.* has a regression
with emitting a SSE 4.2 instruction, see:
