7f6221b409 Manager::startAllHiding: don't treat fading in notifications specially 
Previously, `Window::Notifications::Default::Manager` would not start
hiding notifications that are fading in when other notifications should
hide. This would lead to some notifications never hiding, e.g., when the
cursor passes through the notification too quickly and there was not
enough time for the notification to fade in completely.

Also renamed `Widget::isShowing` -> `Widget::isFadingIn` for clarity.

Fixes #28811.

3372dfcd3e Refactored checking of last input while notifications are displayed. 
- Removed condition for Windows platform only.
 - Added smooth hiding of notifications in case video is watched or voice message is recorded.
 - psUserActionDone() was completely replaced with Core::App().updateNonIdle().

5aab168b3e Alpha 1.0.20: fix crash in default notifications. 
Before showNextFromQueue() was called from a range-for loop over
the _notifications and it invalidated the _notifications iterators.

6f0cf30b12 Some platform-dependent modules refactoring. 
Now each platform-dependent module declares its interface in
platform/platform_module.h file and after that includes platform-
specific headers like platform/win/module_win.h with implementation.

Also removed the legacy WinRT platform-dependent implementations.
