## Submodule Changes
Due to some critical and high severity found at outdated `crypto 0.21.0` and `net 0.21.0` golang modules, all required submodules at `go.mod` and hashes at `go.sum` were updated.
Dockerfile also updates to `golang:1.23.6` and `AWGTOOLS_RELEASE=1.0.20241018`
