- Add spacing in lookup('env', 'VAR') calls
- Fix spacing around pipe operators within Jinja expressions only
- Preserve YAML block scalar syntax (prompt: |)
- Fix array indexing spacing within Jinja expressions
- All changes pass yamllint and ansible-lint tests
