KF-Art	df0fa04373	Add bootstrap remote repository and set default mirrors ... Previously, the binary-bootstrap command was failing because the chroot packages were missing. With this change it should be fixed. Also, the default mirrors previously were chosen considering my current location, but I realized that is better to keep the true defaults.
