Revert "at-spi2-core: update to 2.56.0"

This reverts commit c9ca3ac2c7.

orca 48 and at-spi2-core 2.56.0, causes issues with orca on Wayland DEs that
don't implement the new org.freedesktop.a11y interface.

Revert for now.
