2213bedc12 Version 4.14.5. 
- Allow sending one-time voice messages.
- Improve playing one-time voice and video messages.
- Remove Ctrl+Shift+[1-6] shortcuts by default,
some are used in input methods.
- Some bugs and glitches fixed.

ac7958f335 Remove ctrl+shift+N shortcuts by default. 
Those are used in some input methods, including Farsi.

You can always add such bindings in tdata/shortcuts-custom.json for
the "account1", "account2", etc commands.

Fixes #27334.
